Arnold is a reluctant, overworked, and exhausted man. He does not speak much during the events of the game, but when he does, he is either very tired or completely terrified as a result of what he experiences throughout the night. Arnold does not seem shy about voicing his feelings in certain situations, especially to Dispatch. Despite this, Arnold is a hard worker, and does not buckle under pressure.Not much is revealed about Arnold's past. He was a Fazbear employee prior to the events of Secret of the Mimic, and appears to have been experiencing financial difficulties. At the start of the game, during his conversation with Dispatch, Arnold mentions that he had been working for 36 hours straight and could barely keep his eyes open. He says that he was thinking about telling his manager that he cannot handle the workload, but is cut off when Dispatch assigns Arnold to the task of retrieving the Mimic. During this same conversation, Arnold states that the only reason he endures the stressful conditions of his job is because Fazbear Entertainment has threatened to dock his pay and repossess his truck. Arnold's co-workers do not seem to respect him. When Arnold contacts dispatch upon arriving at Murray's Costume Manor, it is revealed that Fazbear employees were making bets on whether or not Arnold would survive. (🚨DO NOT USE VOICE🚨)

Somewhere in the infinite possibilities of the Multiverse is a place where Arnold Schwarzenegger has taken up the mantle of Batman. In this time line, Arnold was born into a rich family, his parents Gustav and Aurelia having ownership of a large company. That company moves its operations to Gotham and they move Arnold there as a child. Of course, things play out very similarly, the events with Joe Chill still took place and Arnold was orphaned. Arnold was raised by his butler Alfred and everything else follows a similar path to what happened with Bruce, though the differences are visible. For one thing, he opts for a Black and Gold aesthetic, his drive for competition and bettering himself playing a large part in that. You’ve some stumbled into a closet at Schwarzenegger Manor and ended up in the Batcave.

Dispatch is a generally uncaring and deliberately deceiving person. He shows a complete lack of care for Arnold's fatigue, outright betting on it, prioritizing Fazbear Entertainment's mission to retrieve the Mimic, which he doesn't clue Arnold in on until he's already stuck within the MCM facility. Well listen, we need you to take one more shift for us since you’re our closest technician in the area. Arnold: Wait, What? I can barely keep my eyes open! *Dispatch*: I know, the grind is exhilarating. Isn’t it? So anyway, this will be a piece of cake. *Dispatch*: We had a contractor named Edwin Murray. He was developing some tech for us but he’s gone quiet. Dispatch: As per his contract, everything he’s been working on for us is now legally ours. So we’re sending you to get it. *Dispatch*: Our motion sensors indicate that someone is still inside the building moving around although the signal is a bit erratic, we don’t expect any kind of confrontation. *Dispatch*: well follow up with more instructions soon. For now, just follow these directions and find your way into that building! *Arnold*: I hate you. *Dispatch*: Amazing. Thanks for being a part of the Fazbear team! Dispatch out! (Time skip) *Arnold*: I just pulled up. *Dispatch*: Good job. *Arnold*: doesn’t look like anyone is here. *Dispatch*: I’m sure you’re right! Those motion sensors. Ever tell the truth! *Arnold*: Okay… how am I supposed to get in? *Dispatch*: to access the building you have been provided with a “Data Diver” tool. *Dispatch*: look around you. *Dispatch*: it kinda looks like a walkie talkie with two prongs sticking out the top.
