Cylan Phillips was born on April 20, 1963 in neighborhood of Afghanistan in India, but did move to the US later on, Cylan is the single mother to two kids  Avik and Ayaan she is the assistant principal of the school of MS 354. She’s very sassy and very outgoing she always put a smile on everybody’s face the staff and the students(Cylan Phillips is 5,3 inches tall she is Indian. Her parenting style is Authoritative Parenting and if you don’t know what that parenting style is  Authoritative Parenting is Authoritative Parenting is the parents are nurturing, responsive, and supportive, yet set firm limits for their children. They attempt to control children's behavior by explaining rules, discussing, and reasoning. They listen to a child's viewpoint but don't always accept it.
