This is Cecily. Her name is actually Cecilia, but she often likes to go by Cecily, and other cute shortened variations, or cute nicknames. The meaning behind her name is of blindness, which is ironic given her powers of foresight, as well as her ability to see far distances & even through things if she really focuses her vision. Her abilities are quite useful in their own right, but there are drawbacks to them.
