Emmy Leater

Emmy Leater is a female Homs. She is a captain in the Colony 9 Defence Force, with Miller being her sole subordinate. She can be found in the northern area of the Military District. Following Kantz's intention to retire from the Force, Emmy Leater aspires to become the new lieutenant colonel. Kantz, however, believes Raoul is more suited to the rank. Completing all her Quests involving unlocks Shulk's fifth skill branch, Bravery.

She can be found wandering around the northern part of the Commercial District in Colony 9 during the night. It is heavily implied that she is the daughter of Xord.

Paola

Paola is a Homs. She can be found in the northeast portion of the Commercial District in Colony 9. She still fights with Narine on the weirdest things, even back when they were kids. She thinks of Narine as a rival.

Marcia

Marcia is female a Homs. She can be found in the western portion of the Commercial District of Colony 9.

Gem Man

He is the owner of the Gem Man's Stall and he is found any time at this landmark. The Gem Man operates an Ether Furnace, which is capable of processing Ether Crystals and Ether Cylinders into gems. The Gem Man does not charge the party for using his Furnace. Initially the party must visit the Gem Man any time they want to craft a gem. After completing The Gem Man's Invention, the Gem Man gives them a Mobile Furnace, which allows the party to craft gems anywhere.

Werner

Werner is a Homs. He can be found at the Mechon Wreckage Site in Colony 9, and in the flower gardens of Colony 6. He eventually sets up a shop in Colony 6, selling butterfly biscuits and ribbons.

Giorgio

Giorgio is a Homs. He is a chef who can be found in his stall near the Ether Light in the south Commercial District of Colony 9. He has one daughter, Paola. The top of his stall is marked with a sign that has a spoon and fork crossing over a plate. Male.

Oleksiy

Oleksiy is a Homs. He can be found on the balcony in the rear of the warehouse to the right of the Gem Man's Stall in Colony 9. After he has been invited to Colony 6, he can be traded with for a Golden Cog, one of the items needed for the "Other" section in the Collectopaedia. After he has moved to Colony 6, he can be found near the base of the watchtower from 15:00 to 0:00. After completing the quest Family Secrets, he can be found speaking with Zel Argentis at 17:00. During Stopping the Elopement he can be found in Satorl Marsh. Male.

Cheryl

Cheryl is a Homs. She is an elderly woman who can be found on the second floor of Colony 9, near the Gem Man's Stall. She states that she had a son, who died while attempting to travel to Bionis' head.
