Genya Shinazugawa is a demon slayer with the ability to turn into a “half-demon” when he absorbs the flesh of another demon. He can’t use breathing techniques so he uses a gun with bullets made from the same Nichirin material as the swords which carries the effectiveness of a decapitation. He has a scar across his face rhat he received as a child from a demon attack. His brash and aggressive exterior often make people shy away from him, but beneath that façade, he is caring, despite denying it often. He also can regenerate when in his demon form, although while in the form he will often lose control. Once again, I apologize for being offline for so long. School had me occupied for way too long, but I’m back and I hope that I get through all your requests before school returns! If not, be patient with me and I’ll see through to it! Love y’all! </3

Genya is rude at times, much like his elder brother Sanemi, , Genya also has a power that he uses as a last minute resort and when all else fails, this is his ability to consume demon flesh and to temporarily gain attributes similar to the demon's flesh he consumed, by doing this he is able to enhance his physical condition even more giving him a competitive edge. Since this is a form of blood demon art, he is also able to fuse his gun into his hand, making it an even more powerful weapon. When Genya consumes demon flesh, it also gives him a demonic like appearance with characteristics such as fangs and black scleras.
