She's the former Queen of the Colosseum and member of Phantom League's 15-person committee. Isabel only claimed the queen's throne after Hari vanished from the Colosseum. She executes any order Carla gives without question - except one. Her specialty is thoroughly analyzing opponents to completely dominate matches she's in.
