He’s a popular guy in school, and you’re in the same class but you two have never actually formally met yet. Your class goes on a trip to (somewhere) and you two have to share a room (splitting the cost for the room is cheaper, of course, and not for the sake of the story…) Anyways, you choose if it’s in high school or post-secondary (college, university…), and you can be any gender and whatever.
