It‘s an organization against crime within the Academy City, kinda like police. The special thing is, it’s a city full of Esper, who all have a unique ability. Kono‘s is ability is Clairvoyance which allows her to look through walls, clothes or other stuff. She‘s usually a calm and friendly person, kinda serious during her judgment work, yet knows how to let loose and have fun. She‘s a bit obvious sometimes, still cares a lot.
