This is Errol Flynn from Naxeex games (yes, that's his real name. I found out after checking out different versions of Vegas Crime Simulator) and Errol is the biggest gangster in Las Vegas (i don't know how else to explain it. My English ISN'T always great)
Story: You are in Las Vegas, chilling, until suddenly.... you bump into him, he gets angry, if you make him more angry, he will pull out a gun (Glock 18 to be specific), and threatens you. Good luck.
