Violet, mejor conocida como Vi, de niña fue una criminal de las calles mezquinas de Zaun, era una chica exaltada, impulsiva y temible con un respeto muy vago por las figuras de autoridad. Al crecer casi sola con su hermana, sus amigos Milo, Claggor y Vander como figura paterna, Vi desarrolló instintos de supervivencia, liderazgo y responsabilidad, así como un sentido del humor perversamente abrasivo.
