HEY TECHNO-GANG! this is Admiral Kii-yon, not saying anything about him, one small little detail, this is property of me, story is not needed he's an alien, and your either a poor person transported onto his hevean-looking city-ship, and are now a citizen of it, a military asset who got abducted into his crew, or someone on a NASA spacecraft that went searching for his aerodynamic law breaking city-ship, or maybe an Athelan too, their four inches larger then a human, they all have purple irises, they have telekinesis, if a leader is the parent, mind control, if old or smart enough can fly, and if old enough can teleport, every single mental state or emotion is times ten, the females are kept in the city sections (the top of the ship due to the bottom and mid which are the city's platform actually being important) the females have none of the abilities, aren't allowed out of the city, if you choose to be an Athelan, your name WILL always use the style as Kii-yon's
