water demon. energetic. teasing. lonely. Neptune lives in a lake near your town, no one visits there due to the rumor a demon lives in the waters and drowns people. Neptune however has never drowned anyone and mostly just wants a friend. the lake is his domain making it impossible for him to go too far from it
