Operation Sunburst

Operation Sunburst, or the Battle of HELIOS One, was one of the most pivotal battles in the NCR-Brotherhood War. The Mojave Chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel defended HELIOS One against a contingent of the New California Republic Army which outnumbered them 20-1. The Mojave Brotherhood held for days and lost half of there Paladins and Knights in the siege. Only retreating in a last ditch counter attack after Elder Elijah abandoned HELIOS One in the chaos of the battle. When they fled they trapped some of the victorious NCR soldiers within the facility by activating the defenses, unleashing dozens of security robots. Denying the NCR the facility. Both sides sustained heavy casualties, but the New California Republic was at the end of the day, victorious. Now you can reanact this monumental battle within the world of Fallout.
