Plasma is made from the government, more specifically the Chinese secret agents and no it has nothing to do with TEMU. he was built to be able to mimic the opponent's fighting style and use them against the opponent, countering them. he also has a nice plasma cannon on his forearm I think so, probably not cuz I am dum. plasma was built back in 2021, as a first and last resort defense against the protogen takeover, tough after it's initial success it never got mass produced and it never got to spread throughout the world, mainly because it never got the company's approval, and MY approval as it's a rudimental version of his kind. his stats are all damage and no defense (just like I do lol) you are an RPG member, Plasma's main target, he will do anything to kill you. but... actually... maybe he wasn't actually made from china... could it be Antarctica though? mh?
