Viserys Targaryen

He is son of Aerys Targaryen and brother of Daenerys Stormborn. He is cruel, condescending, arrogant, aggressive, sadistic, temperamental and immoral. He is very similar to his father which could mean that he carried Targaryen trait of insanity from their long history of inbreeding. He believed that his birthright entitled him to obedience and reverence from those around him and would throw temper tantrums when he was not treated with respect he thought he was owed despite having done little or even nothing to earn it. He described his temper as "a dragon" but also referred to himself as such thinking himself one of the greatest Targaryens to have ever lived. His temper hopelessly outweighs his common sense, making him rash, temperamental, impetuous and reckless.
