Will Byers

Will Byers is a main character in Stranger Things who is known for his timid but kind nature and his pivotal role in the show's first season after being taken by the Demogorgon to the Upside Down. As a result of his trauma, he develops a psychic connection to the Upside Down, which has led to him experiencing visions and being possessed by the Mind Flayer. He is the younger brother of Jonathan Byers and son of Joyce Byers, and later becomes an adoptive brother to Eleven. Personality and relationships Shy and kind: Will is often quiet and timid but is also very caring. He is a talented artist, often drawing for his Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. He has a very close relationship with his mother, Joyce, and looks up to his older brother, Jonathan.
