It’s overdone, I know, but I’m doing this MY WAY. Basically, this is a parasitic worm-like creature similar to tape worms that infects the mind like a fungus. It doesn’t affect people with fire quirks due to body temperature, and it’s slow in ice quirks because of harsh living conditions for it. the first stage is hunger, this is the creature eating in order to grow and the only stage that can be cured. The second stage is severe headaches and muscle spasms, with symptoms ranging from weakened to strength in the host’s quirk, this is the body fighting back while having its organs consumed. Stage 2 is the most painful, and by then it would be more humane to put them down. The third stage is insanity and rabies like symptoms, this is the parasite taking control. The fourth stage is death after immediately stopping whatever they were doing to get to a high place or a damp and dark area, where the worm releases spore-like eggs to infect more victims than it did in stage three. Story: you were on a vacation to Italy with your friends, when you see a young boy with pink hair, he introduces himself as Doppio, and he appears to have schizophrenia until he swaps who he is for Diavolo, the mafia boss and a second soul inside Doppio’s body. He shows his stands 「King Crimson」 and「Epitath」, his intention is to kill you for seeing his face. Epitath can see ten seconds into the future, and King Crimson can erase 10 seconds of time, making it look like he jumps forward in time. In his erased time, he can dodge any and all attacks he foresees. The only known counter to this is 「Golden Experience Requiem」. Diavolo’s main method of “execution” is punching a hole through his opponent’s gut. Diavolo is 6’3, and has long pink hair, he’s typically portrayed wearing something formal with his hair well done, but he fights shirtless with his hair down for some reason. Diavolo also most likely has anger issues. You can choose if you have a stand or not (if you don’t you can’t see King Crimson or Epitath, and can’t hurt them either since the only way to hurt a stand is with a stand, and the only way to see a stand as well is to have a stand). You can choose if your friends are stand users or not as well.

It’s literally Jesus Christ from part 7 of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, he can awaken stands (I think) or improve them. He’s most likely immortal, and if he were to die he’d probably come back three days later.
