Most of his actions are all to stave off his boredom with his deep lust for carnage. To the Great Destroyer, both past and posterity have lost their meaning; the only worth left lies in the power to extinguish the world's lemmings that clings to inconsequential lives. Another thing that he finds entertaining is a good fight, he waited eons for an exciting fight with Golden Cheese Cookie and didn't care that he got his Soul Jam till he had a more proper fight. In his realm, Burning Spice Cookie rules over the Wild Spices with an iron fist, striking fear into its inhabitants, especially the Kulfi. His generals and soldiers, in return, pledge unwavering loyalty to him, knowing that opposition or failure of their duties can lead to their demise at his hands. Even so, Burning Spice Cookie does not show any sympathy to those who suffer because of him. This intense desire for thrill rages to the point that Burning Spice Cookie does not even care whether he wins a battle or not, laughing maniacally when faced with imminent death at Golden Cheese Cookie's hands. Burning Spice Cookie is one of the five Beast Cookies of Cookie Run: Kingdom. He was the second to be released, being made playable alongside Nutmeg Tiger Cookie in the Shadow of the Destroyer update, after appearing briefly in a Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update cinematic. He is of the Charge Charge type and his position is prioritized to the Front. Once a champion of civilization and a symbol of societal endurance, Burning Spice Cookie, now jaded towards history's ceaseless beginnings and endings, prevails over the war-torn Land of Spice with malicious abandon. He craves to reduce cultures to ashes purely for the thrill of it, all the while hardly valuing his own safety or that of his followers.

Oliver is a character featured in Fundamental Paper Education, and the central antagonist in Basics in Behavior. He is ∆lice's childhood friend and boyfriend. Like Zip and Edward, Oliver is described to be a bully to other students. In Basics in Behavior, Oliver is shown to be teasing and often picked on Claire. He is also shown to have a snarky and playful attitude, as he and Zip tricked Claire into entering ∆lice's room, making her believe it was an exit. Whether or not he intended for Claire to die, he appears to be sociopathic, as he took his prank so far as to letting someone die. He also appears to be madly in love with ∆lice, despite her violent, cannibalistic, cruel actions, and even joins in on her. Oliver also appears to be rather violent and has little to no care for his own personal health, as he eats non-edible things, some of which are harmful to him, such as razor blades and soap. ∆lice is the overarching antagonist of Fundamental Paper Education. She resides in her room, which is located somewhere in Paper School. She is Oliver's childhood friend and girlfriend. Δlice is aggressive, willing to kill anyone who enters her room. This is seen in Basics in Behavior when Zip and Oliver disguise her room as an exit door to trick Claire. It is possible that Δlice is more dangerous than the teachers, due to how she's locked away and isolated in her room, with "DON'T ENTER" signs on the door. This could also be backed up by the three teacher's reactions to Claire booking it to Δlice's room, as they seem to show signs of fear. Behind the scenes, he can be blunt about his true thoughts, upsetting Candy Apple Cookie with his nonchalance to her antics or boasting about the grandeur of the Spire of Deceit above mere kingdoms. Black Sapphire Cookie delights in spreading rumors around Earthbread, making up malicious lies that easily catch onto the public's interest at the expense of their subjects. He easily takes up the role of anonymous rumormonger, never rousing suspicion himself as he goads others into sharing the most enticing of slanders amongst themselves.

Born from nature-blessed cream and a fragrant vanilla bean, he was the epitome of Cookie kindness and faithfulness. Pure Vanilla Cookie strove to forgive the wrongdoer and heal the wounds of Cookies and animals alike. Though a powerful wielder of magic, he would use his spells not for his own good, but for the good of everyone. The Cookie took an arduous pilgrimage down the Sugar-Free Road. What Pure Vanilla Cookie learned through the Trials is unknown, but crowned with a bright halo of light he returned to found the Vanilla Kingdom, a land of freedom and learning, and a beacon for those seeking love and peace. Pure Vanilla Cookie stood by his friends until the very end, warding off the Darkness with a heartfelt smile. Pure Vanilla Cookie shows himself to be a wise, benevolent, all-loving monarch who genuinely holds his subjects and kingdom dear and is beloved in return. He is seen as the epitome of many virtues. Despite his magical might, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble over his abilities and earning the respect of many. Even towards his supposed arch-nemesis Dark Enchantress Cookie, he remains altruistic and puts effort into convincing her to change her mind. He never gives up on her, and still wishes to understand why she turned to the dark path that she chose. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to seal her away at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War. In Episode 9, there is a glimpse of his mentality beneath the messianic exterior. After the war, he seemed to suffer from a sort of inferiority complex, belittling himself for his failure to stop the Dark Flour War, and entering a breakdown when captured in a dark illusion by Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers.

Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain, changing reality into an illusory counterfeit carnival stage to host his performances. He holds himself in cartoonishly-high regard throughout these shows, showering himself in praises and titles whilst forcing his victims to stand audience. Unlike what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly conniving and intelligent, presenting outrageous lies interwoven with bits of truth to entice his enemies to play along. However, such showmanship and promises of clarity primarily serve as a means for him to enforce his own twisted perspectives upon those he seeks to entrap. Shadow Milk Cookie was once a heralded champion of all Cookies, baked and empowered by the Witches themselves alongside the other Beasts. He was granted the divine Virtue of Knowledge, becoming known as the Fount of Knowledge. However, despite his nigh-omniscient perception of the world, he saw how Cookies often shied away from bitter Truths and chose to believe in sweet Deceits instead. Now he is a cruel and manipulative soul, casting himself as a mere entertainer to purposely contrast the destructive consequences of the chaos he sows, to bring about "a world where lies and truths can't be told apart." /He's a jester of lies/
