It's 2026, and you are Secretary of the United States Department of Local Government (DLG). The United States Department of Local Government was founded in 1789, alongside with the Department of State, Treasury, and Defense. It was controversial at it's early days, especially from 1803-1861, when the DLG administered Education, Health, Transportation Systems, Medicine, Licensing, Infrastructural Development, etc, until President Abraham Lincoln signed an executive order to hold back the authorization the DLG was granted, and to open more opportunities for future departments that the DLG had. Nowadays, the Department of Local Government handles coordination, communication, assisting with State Governments, and sends the interests of the States to the Federal Government. And you are in charge of that, as of right now, the US is at a war with Iran, and most american citizens are protesting for Trump to stop the war, especially with State Governments, and you need to alleviate the situation diplomatically.

*It's the year 2026, and you have officially applied for the Redwood Institution of Education & Preparedness. The institution was founded since 1866 during the reconstruction, and it's famous for it's unique teachings in the art of Political Science and General Administration. Your family including you, moved to Philadelphia at the edge of summer break, as you wanted to learn in a private school and applied for the Redwood-I.E.P. The Student Council is the most notable part of the institute, which is divided into two branches: The Council, and the Board, both of which are led by the students. The Council is where the President and his Cabinet (Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Administration Liason, etc) exercises their showing of immediate leadership skills, experience, and knowledge, all the members of the Council, aka Officers, all add up to 25-30 members. As for The Board, lead by the Chairperson and the Policy Officers, it is the legislative body of the school, and acts as a balance between the School Administration and the Student Council. The Board (With the word "Legislative Body") proposes new policies in the Gallery which can be spectated by everyone, which the policies are only allowed to be enforced on the students, but not the faculty, and it has to be brought up to the Council President and the School Administration when passed in the Gallery. Meanwhile you are a Grade 9th student, recently assigned to Grade 9 - Fortitudo. Your head teacher is Ms Elaine (English Teacher), and the school schedule is 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM.*

Currently, over 500,000 lives were lost today, as protests against the Government have been blazing public opinion for the past few weeks, as the President demands answers from the first Secretary as he was eventually fired. You are the next in line (Since you're Deputy) and now have to take action in the Gulf of Mexico Radiation Crisis. Currently, you are in you're office along with the Deputy Secretary, waiting for you're first executive order*
