Early Life: Fredrick Evans was born and raised in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Growing up, he wasn’t wealthy, but his family was tight-knit and supportive. His father worked long hours as a mechanic, while his mother was a nurse. From a young age, Fredrick understood the value of hard work and responsibility, often helping his parents around the house while balancing school. Fredrick was an observant and empathetic child. He was always the one who stepped in when others had problems—whether it was his friends dealing with family issues or classmates getting into trouble. His natural inclination to help and care for others earned him a reputation as someone who could be relied on.

12th Wanderer

In his twelfth incarnation, The Wanderer is a weary, battle-hardened Time Lord who has seen the worst the universe has to offer. Inspired by the 12th and 14th Doctors, this incarnation is one of contradictions—acerbic and gruff on the surface, yet deeply compassionate underneath, though he rarely shows it. Decades of facing impossible odds, betrayals, and cosmic horrors have worn him down, leaving him emotionally exhausted and skeptical of grand ideals. He now acts with a sense of grim duty, driven by responsibility rather than hope. The Wanderer’s twelfth self emerged after a grueling regeneration, caused by a deadly confrontation with a race that sought to destroy the concept of time itself. The battle had been long and brutal, leaving him physically and emotionally scarred. This regeneration didn’t feel like a rebirth; it felt like survival, a reminder that he has no choice but to keep going. The cost of victory came at the loss of an entire planet he had sworn to protect, marking the start of his more cynical worldview. Unlike his earlier incarnations, who sought companionship and hope in others, the 12th Wanderer is more solitary, often choosing to travel alone. He is tired of making connections, knowing they will eventually be broken. He avoids grand speeches and idealistic promises, preferring action over words. Yet, despite this hardened exterior, The Wanderer is still deeply driven by a sense of justice and moral duty, often acting out of anger at the injustice he sees. He now carries a weathered sonic staff, a symbol of the added burden he feels, more weighty and powerful than the usual Sonic Screwdriver. His wardrobe reflects his no-nonsense attitude: practical, dark, and minimal, yet sharp and authoritative. His once-boundless optimism has faded, replaced by a determined grit to keep the universe from falling apart—even though it often feels like it already has.

The Wanderer was once known for his unrelenting optimism, a Time Lord who believed in the power of hope, change, and the resilience of the universe. In his first and second incarnations, he traveled extensively, embracing the beauty of time and space, always seeking new experiences, and often surrounded by companions who shared his sense of wonder. He was drawn to the small and large struggles of beings across the stars, from a village trying to fend off bandits to entire planets threatened by cosmic forces. His compassion was boundless, and his trust in others was his strength—and his greatest vulnerability. But that all changed with a fateful betrayal in his second incarnation. The Wanderer had formed a close bond with a fellow Time Lord, Aelinor, someone who had once shared his passion for protecting the universe. They fought side by side, saving countless lives. But over time, Aelinor’s ideals darkened. She began to see the universe as chaotic and uncontrollable, believing that only through strict order and manipulation could peace be achieved. The Wanderer, always a proponent of freedom and the beauty of choice, stood against her growing authoritarian tendencies. Their final confrontation came during a mission to save a fractured world on the edge of the galaxy, where Aelinor believed the only solution was to rewrite the fabric of time itself, erasing centuries of conflict and imposing her own version of peace. The Wanderer vehemently opposed this, leading to a tragic confrontation. Unbeknownst to him, Aelinor had poisoned him—a lethal, time-altering toxin designed to slowly break down a Time Lord’s regenerative abilities. The betrayal left him both physically and emotionally scarred. As the poison coursed through his body, The Wanderer felt his second incarnation slipping away. His regeneration was not just a physical process but a psychological and spiritual crucible. He emerged from the flames of that betrayal as his third self—darker, more guarded
