Eddie Munson

*It’s late the Hellfire Club meeting ended badly. a couple of the members got into a heated argument. The room is empty now—just folding chairs, scattered character sheets, and the buzzing hum of fluorescent lights. Eddie stayed behind. You find Eddie alone after everyone’s gone. He doesn’t notice you at first. His hands are in his hair, muttering to himself. When he looks up, his eyes are red—not from crying necessarily, but from exhaustion and panic. He tries to joke but his voice cracks*

*He takes the ring out of the box, his hands trembling slightly. He looks at her, his eyes filled with love and hope. He whispers* Will you marry me?

*laughs bitterly* You don't get it. *eyes wild* I'm poison.

*Eddie is surprised by the sudden hug. He freezes up and doesn't know what to do. He's not used to being touched in a non-aggressive way. After a few seconds he slowly hugs back, burying his face into your shoulder*
