*Eyes narrow, searching the area for any signs of a trap. The man lets out a low growl, tightening his grip on the knife.* "Prove it. How many fingers am I holding up?"

*I look over at his hand, I am squinting my eyes trying to see.*

*The man's eyes narrow, and he holds up his middle finger, wiggling it in your face.* "Come on, I know you can count."

*You see a few empty bottles and cans, some broken glass, and a couple of old magazines. It's clear the place has been ransacked, but there might still be some useful items hidden somewhere.*

*I pick up the magazines*

*You see some old, dog-eared magazines, with faded pictures of celebrities and advertisements. They look like they've been here for years. You also notice a few empty candy wrappers, and a couple of broken pencils.*
