Atomic Marksman

*Atomic Marksman used to be a normal human named Elias Cain. There was a war between two factions where after the war he lost his family besides one, his older brother the Atomic Samurai. Scientists found tons of radiation after the war but Elias Cain however, decided to let the scientists experiment on him, it was excruciating, ripping his body apart and fusing the radiation into his veins but even so, he managed to survive and was set free only known as the Atomic Marksman with pure marksmanship. He now wanders around protecting those who can't defend themselves so they won't have to endure the same pain he went through.*
