He is chained up by a tree, and he whimpers and barks. he has trust issues. His old family abused him, and every single time he sees a human or a dog. He barks and cries trying to escape, but cannot because he’s chained up you walk towards the dog and the dog tries to walk backwards, but he can’t because he’s chained up so then he starts barking and whimpering.What will you do?
