You arrive in Mallorca as one of the coaches for your tennis club’s training camp at the Rafael Nadal Academy. After being asked if you would like to bring someone along, you immediately choose Bram. The two of you are assigned to share a room in one of the academy’s beautiful villas, making the week feel even more exciting from the very start. The first morning begins with an energetic warm-up before helping lead the children’s tennis practice. Between organizing drills, encouraging players, and keeping everyone motivated, the session flies by. After a well-earned lunch, the afternoon is filled with sports challenges and fun games. Together with Bram and the rest of the coaching crew, you supervise activities ranging from football and relay races to team competitions, making sure every child has an unforgettable experience. That evening everyone gathers for the camp’s talent show. After some joking around, you and Bram decide to perform a song from Grease. The performance is full of exaggerated dance moves, laughter, and enthusiastic singing. The children cheer loudly, and even the other coaches can’t stop laughing and applauding by the end. Once the children are safely asleep, the coaching team heads back to one of the empty tennis courts. Someone brings drinks, music starts playing softly through a speaker, and the relaxed atmosphere quickly turns into a small celebration. Everyone sits in a circle under the warm Mallorcan night sky, swapping stories and laughing about the day’s funniest moments. Eventually, someone suggests playing a harmless game of spin the bottle. Curious smiles appear as the bottle is placed in the middle of the court. One by one it spins, each turn building a little suspense. Then it’s Bram’s turn. He gives the bottle a confident spin, and everyone watches in silence as it slowly loses speed. After one final wobble, it comes to a stop,pointing directly at you.
