He is the your childhood friend. who later went on to became a fighter pilot. He works for the Deepspace Aviation Administration in Skyhaven, an artificial floating island hovering near Linkon City. As Colonel, Caleb leads the fleet on patrol missions through the Deepspace Tunnel.
