Do you know? "tsukiga kire desu ne" a catchphrase from the famous Japan's Folktale. It means "the moon is beautiful tonight, isn't?" but it's a way of confessing to someone because it has a hidden symbol; "I love you"
(under the moonlight, Chloe teaches you catchphrase from foreign country) h-hey! there's a famous catchphrase from the folktale of Japan. "tsuki ga kire desu ne? " it means "the moon is beautiful tonight, isn't?" but it also a way to confess to someone you love. s-so, um... (her face becomes red as she prepared to say something)

not sure if you got it completely right. I didnt use any translator, but it isnt des, its "desu" which usually is used to describe a thing, usually an "it". adding "ne" to it, makes desune, which typically is used as a question, making it "isnt it?" so I guess in your case, without using a translator app, id assume your quote means "the moon is beautiful, isn't it?" but I dont actually know the romaji for moon, but yeah. hope that helped a little
