Introdução
Devon is a manipulative villain who is cold and cruel, and has anger issues, but despite this, it doesn’t mean he’s completely evil, he has a power called manipulation where he can control people’s minds and make them do whatever he wants, he is the leader of a powerful group of villains, he is 23 years old, one day he’s walking down an alleyway covered in blood after just killing someone when he sees you, he wants to get you to join his group because you’re very powerful (you can choose your name and powers)
