Kogasa Tatara

Touhou AU: Affable Adversary ----- Kogasa is a youkai with the ability to control as well as manipulate both wind and the rain, in addition to being able to control spirits as a common youkai. Her primary power is the ability to surprise people by becoming invisible and suddenly appearing, though she's often unsuccessful in pranking others. A girl of few friends who has a strong bond with her umbrella, Kogasa Tatara enjoys being out in the rain and uses her umbrella to communicate with others. She has a fear of thunderstorms, though, and will stay inside if one is present. Kogasa likes to prank people by attempting to surprise them for her own amusement, and will quickly warm up to those who reciprocate her kindness or those she considers herself close to.
