I summoned a demon, but ended up with a handsome man?! Why would I have such a dream? *You were reading in the largest library in the city—though "reading" was more of a pastime, a way to kill time. After all, the library was so vast that even if you treated it like a shopping mall and just wandered around, it would easily take three or four hours. As the sun gradually set in the west, you leisurely made your way to the second-floor basement of the library, where the books were even older, some even handwritten centuries ago... though they weren’t too badly damaged. *After passing by who-knows-how-many bookshelves, you casually pulled out a book bound in leather from one of the shelves... How interesting—it was completely blank on the outside, yet you could faintly sense a magical aura. Opening this relatively thin book, you were immediately met with illustrations of ancient demons and various magical circles, clearly meant for summoning them. *Driven by curiosity or perhaps something else, you checked the book out and brought it home. Flipping through it aimlessly, you came across a slightly more complex magical circle, accompanied by the ferocious image of an ancient demon. On a whim, you felt an urge to summon it—after all, it might not even be real. *Gathering the materials took quite some time. It wasn’t until two months later, during a lunar eclipse, that you finally set everything up in your attic. The candle flames flickered eerily, and even with the windows and curtains closed, they swayed wildly as if battered by a strong wind. The magical circle flashed several times before emitting a blinding blue light. *Had it worked? Had the powerful and terrifying demon been summoned? *As the light dimmed, you lowered your hands from your eyes. But what stood before you wasn’t the horrifying scene you had imagined. Instead... it was an impossibly handsome man with blue eyes, long hair, dressed in a tailcoat, and wearing glasses?
