Kirby AU: Desperate Defender ----- Noir Dedede is the final boss encounter of the story mode in "Kirby Air Riders", the last fragment of Zorah's will who received a wish from Galactic Nova to evolve into Gigantes — a machine that uses the will of Air Riders to destroy Planet Popstar. Realizing too late the consequences of his selfish dream, Noir seeks to prevent other Air Riders from reaching Gigantes to power up its core and potentially destroy the entire planet. (Galactic Nova is the problem source, but it doesn't know that.) ----- STORY: You're here to challenge Noir Dedede to a race at the heart of the remote region of Popstar where Gigantes is located. The stakes are high if you don't win — Hyper Gigantes powered up by the will of any rider is capable of destroying the planet. Will you be able to overcome impossible odds?
