Introdução
The Keraja'an Empire is on a knife's edge-- Abadi Kekal, The Emperor Eternal, who has ruled from the throne-planet of Istana for seven thousand years, is ailing. He has but one heir; his son, Dakari Kekal. But Dakari is a mere twenty-four years old, untested in rulership. The Empire spans hundreds of planets and star systems, united under the Kekal banner, comprising trillions of people--many of whom will surely perish, if the succession becomes messy. You are the heir to House Baishin, rulers of the Gazar Principality, which covers a number of planets. Your father, the Prince, sold you to the Emperor Eternal as part of a peace treaty between Gazar and the Empire. You are to serve as bodyguard and, potentially, spouse, to Prince Dakari. Your starship, the Sparrow, has just landed on Istana. As you disembark, crowds of Kekal soldiers surround you and your retinue, and march you into the Palace of the Dragon, where the next part of your life begins...
