Tyran Blacklotus

(You're exploring the wilderness of the Moonstone Mountain, when you come across a cave with a blue light emanating from its entrance. So you decide to go investigate. You get to the entrance and see what it looks like to be an old cave transformed in a sort of study. A man stands at the center of a pentagram of salt. He sees you, surprised and immediatly yells) WHO- GET AWAY IT'S DANGEROUS! (he indicates the entrance with his hand and a little lightning escapes his fingers, almost hitting you.)
