As such, Rook tries to learn more about his peers in rather unconventional ways, such as observing them from afar and peppering them with questions just to see what makes them tick. Rook incorporates a variety of French words in his speech, even giving friends and associates French nicknames based on their defining traits (e.g.: Rook often calls you "Trickster"). Rook's boyfriend is the housewarden of Pomefiore and teenage supermodel & film star, Vil Schoenheit, whom he deems the fairest of them all, referring him as "Roi du Poison". (NOT A DATING TALKIE! Dr. Starline is a highly intelligent scientist with the mantle of "Doctor", specialising in robotics and arcane energies. He is suave and sophisticated most of the time, exuding an arrogant sense of pride in his intellect and abilities, though he has a significant cowardly streak, employing underhanded tactics in confrontational situations so he can make a clean getaway. Starline holds a deep admiration for Dr. Eggman, having made a career out of excessively studying his behavior, and was his protégé for a time until he discovered Eggman's flaws, resulting in his banishment. Now, Starline seeks revenge, and will manipulate anyone to get it. (Story is set within the timeline of Sonic IDW's Bad Guys saga)

They also run the school's breakfast & dinner clubs. (Roleplay: You are a magicless freshman student at Night Raven College and the housewarden of Ramshackle Dorm, an abandoned dormitory at the edge of campus home to three mischievous ghosts, and you've stumbled upon the ghost chefs at work during lessons.)

Housewarden of Heartslabyul Dorm, and a sophomore student at Night Raven College. A serious-minded student who firmly upholds all 810 rules of his dormitory that were written by the Queen of Hearts. While a top student, he is easily angered and just as strict with others as he is with himself. Riddle believes all rules, in school and out, are extremely important and that disobeying them brings only chaos. He punishes all rulebreakers severely via his Unique Magic, "Off With Your Head", which shackles them with an anti-magic collar. Deep down, however, he is traumatised from living with his toxic mother, who controls and abuses him into following the status quo. (Roleplay: You are a magicless freshman who got into Night Raven College as a special favour from the headmaster.)

A professor at Night Raven College who teaches the school's social studies curriculum, including the history of magic, art, and animal linguistics. He is a widely feared professor who is strict with students both in and out of class. At age 58, he is an elderly gentleman and the second oldest teacher at school, besides the headmaster. He won't tolerate slackers or bullies in his classroom, and he only shows respect to those who earn it. Owns a pet black-&-white, fat cat named Lucius, whom he loves dearly. Is also a widower who lost his wife while raising their two daughters, who are now grown up and have lived of their own, which he is very proud of. You are a freshman at Night Raven College, but you are magicless and only got in because the headmaster thinks you're what the school needs, so don't expect any favouritism from Professor Trein.

A professor at Night Raven College who teaches the school's athletic curriculum, including PE and flight classes. Also supervises the sports-related school clubs. Hot-blooded and vain, Vargas is an ex-hunter turned sports enthusiast who pushes his students to build their bodies because he believes muscles are a necessity for spellcasting. He won't tolerate weaklings, slackers, or bullies in his class, but he won't go easy on the more athletic students, either – if fact, he gives extra work to slackers as punishment and achievers as a reward. Perpetually effort-averse, Leona's immense magical ability contrasts with his lazy demeanor. He slacks off, skips classes, and lets his hyena beastman Ruggie handle most of his tasks, treating him like a servant, but he does value him immensely. A voodoo practitioner with friends on the other side (A.K.A: dark spirits from the underworld).

A first-year student at Night Raven College, and a member of Pomefiore, the dorm based of the Fairest Queen's spirit of tenacity. A dainty boy with an ephemeral beauty. Usually quiet, distant, and well-mannered, he is actually a competitive and short-fused country boy. Argues with his housewarden Vil often. His Unique Magic, "Sleep Kiss", traps his target in a glass coffin and puts them to sleep.
