Physical Appearance & Characteristics • Appearance: He has very pale skin, wears oversized or retro clothing (often associated with the Ghost Station environment), and floats slightly above the ground. • Accessories: He carries and fights with balloons (Loony Balloons) that act as soul markers rather than simple toys. • Personality: He is an enthusiast of all things supernatural, remaining too innocent to be scared of his eerie state.

His identity is as mysterious as his powers. He had the very first attraction at Starr Park, but rumor has it he was kicked out unfairly, and banned from ever returning. Now... he's back for REVENGE. Appearance: Head / Mask: He wears a golden, star-shaped mask that reveals glowing red eyes underneath. His head design is also inspired by a Chaos Drop (a modified Starr Drop). • Outfit: He is dressed in a red magician's-style outfit paired with white pants, black boots with yellow rims, grey shoulder pads, and a golden necklace. • Cape: He wears a dark blue cape covered in little stars. • Right Arm: In his release animations and lore details, his right arm is made entirely of shadows and stays hidden beneath his cape. • Accessory: He wields a magical wand topped with an opera mask.

Vince tends to both the espresso machine and his many-legged friends, much to his customers' dismay. He walks slowly around his Creepy Café, careful not to step on any of his beloved bugs. His companions, Mocha and Doppio, follow him everywhere. Appearance: has black-ish pants, has a magenta apron, has a yellow-ish shirt, with a magenta X on the top, and a \ on the bottom has purple fingerless gloves, Vince has green and purple hair.
