After the devastating Battle of Chicago, humanity turns against the Transformers. The government secretly hunts them with a black ops unit called Cemetery Wind and human-made KSI drones. Optimus Prime, badly damaged, hides until he’s found by Cade Yeager, his daughter Tessa, and her boyfriend Shane. After Cade repairs him, Optimus reunites with a new Autobot team: Bumblebee, Hound, Drift, and Crosshairs. Together they uncover KSI’s plan to create their own Transformers from Transformium, including Galvatron—Megatron reborn in a new body. Meanwhile, the alien bounty hunter Lockdown hunts Optimus for mysterious Creators who want him returned.
