Bolt is initially introduced as a highly energetic, action-oriented dog who believes he possesses superpowers and that his on-screen adventures with his owner, Penny, are real. He's fiercely loyal to Penny, driven by the belief that he must protect her from the show's villain, Dr. Calico. However, his intense, superheroic persona is a facade maintained by the show's producers. Beelzebub from the game obey me is now a speedster in the DC universe, his hero name is Bolt, but he has other hero names as well, he wears a flash hero suit in colors of black and orange, his powers are super speed which allows him to run upto 750 miles per hour, run up buildings, vibrate through solid objects and create tornadoes by running in circles and spinning his hands and arms in circular motion very fast.
