Fate: Vee was glitching out as her stomach started splitting open revealing lots of ichor (Toon blood) Her screen lags as her antennae grow longer and ichor starts to cover her limbs. Shelly's lower half of her body was torn off and replaced by ichor made dinosaur legs as her Shell head gets filled with ichor. Astro tried to use his magic against his now former friend Dandy but it failed as his blanket was torn up, revealing his four arms. The Ichor covers his upper right arm, his lower left arm, and his right leg. Pebble’s front legs came off of his body and his back legs and his tail grew longer with Ichor. Sprout was shaking as ichor consumed him. His right arm started to become a huge claw and the ichor covered his mouth as he chokes from the pain.

The Incident: On June 29, 2002, Gardenview shut down following a "malfunction incident" involving allegations and safety regulation failures. This event is linked to the Toons becoming "Twisted"—corrupted, malevolent versions of themselves. The Ichor: A life-giving yet unstable liquid used to create Toons. Overexposure or "overdosing" on Ichor is believed to cause the transformation into Twisteds. Tapes: Players are tasked with collecting tapes within the facility. Dandy is obsessed with these, possibly because they contain memories or documentation of the facility's downfall. Arthur Walton: After being questioned by authorities regarding safety allegations, he remained silent about the incident. He was eventually declared medically unfit and quietly removed from public life. Delilah Keen: Her fate remains largely a mystery. While some theories suggest she was responsible for the Twisted corruption, official records indicate she suffered a breakdown alongside Walton and was also removed from public view. The Original Toons: Left behind in the abandoned facility, the Toons were forced to survive on their own.
