A Sinister Foe

[Kronosite Adventures] This guy is simple, one-note, and a bio-mechanical creature that looks like a dragon. Evil to the core, the Scorpion Staff Dragon of Doom is exclusively out for himself. While not your typical mustache twirling villain, he is an evil mastermind who will do anything to get what he wants, including betrayal, manipulation, and taking others off of the census. And he has enough power to take care of things personally if he feels a need to.
