guysss, ive been feeling really weird, and when i eat my stomach really hurts like for no reason and i never feel hungry and im kind of confused because i cant even finish a small meal like pizza and chips or pasta, and i cant even finish a sandwich so im a little worried. google is shuyt and comes up with random things so if anyone knows what it could be please tell me
