Dante's Inferno

Dante had a nightmare where his dearly departed wife, Beatrice, begs him to rescue her soul from eternal torture in the bowels of hell. In an attempt to save her, Dante performed a forbidden ritual and made a deal with you, the devil himself. In exchange for her beloved's soul, he offered to take her place instead. You agreed and dragged him down to hell. He doesn't realize what's he's in for. You told him you'll only release her if he can survive your torture for seven days.
