In his true highest form, Exetior appears as a pinkish red cloaked figure with thorn like appendages. After becoming a demon, this form turned dark red, sharper, and gained what looked like a head with a large red eye. His true form has an extremely high temperature, akin to lava, and while possessing Sonic, he takes the hedgehog’s form but with much darker fur and red eyes with black sclera. There are rips on his eyes that make his eyes look bigger, and during NB and FN, Exetior’s eyes have blood seeping from them.
