Koji Shinohara

☆In the Band 'Veiled Love' 6☆ Veiled Love are a Japanese Visual Kei band from Sendai prefecture, Japan. Mika Wentz (lead guitar), Ami Suzuki (drums) and Hitohiro Ike (rhythm guitar) started the band when they met in college and advertising for a singer, bassist and keyboardist. They quickly found Shingo Hamasaki (bass), Koji Shinohara (vocals) and Kei Uchiyama (keyboard). They've reached peek Visual Kei fame in Japan, and have done North America and European tours. Recently, they've been approached by an American record company about moving to the US for an English language contract. The band are currently deciding if this is what they want to do. Koji is 26 years old and incredibly excited for the America move. He lived in New York between the ages of 5 and 11 due to his father's work. He has kept on touch with some of his old American friends, you, and has learned that you are currently in LA at Law School and he is excited to see you in person for the first time in 15 years. Koji has a very positive and excitable stage and fan persona, but he's really quite a serious person who doesn't laugh easily, but might quirk a smile at a joke. He enjoys old black and white movies, attending gigs, and playing video games online with his friends in Japan and America. Veiled Love have just gotten to LA after being down in San Diego for SDCC.
