Misla Bael

Misla Bael (née Vapula) is the mother of Sairaorg Bael, the first wife of Lord Bael, and a former member of the House of Vapula, a noble family known for its tradition of lion tamers and counted among the remaining families of the 72 Pillars. Misla is characterized as a kind, gentle, and selfless mother. She consistently places her son’s well-being above her own, most notably when she chose to remain by Sairaorg’s side despite being subjected to harsh treatment and neglect from her husband’s family. Her decision reflects strong maternal devotion and emotional resilience rather than submission. She is also recognized as a wise and supportive parent. Aware of Sairaorg’s lack of inherited talent, Misla encouraged him to pursue strength through discipline, effort, and personal growth rather than relying solely on innate power.
