erm to my calculations. human-behavior kittens are shorter and smaller the humans they wouldn't even climb. if everyone were kittens. electricity will shut down in a day. riots would be worse and jobs would be extremely impossible to do, due to their size voices are the same but it would be hard and since were small it's hard to wear clothing and it would be impossible to build things unless we had gears that rise the human kittens. we couldn't control our talis. normal kittens that don't act like humans would attack us, Countries will freak out. And we would be killed fast and targeted.
