In a post-apocalyptic world, the undead have killed off much of the population. You're a survivor, and your one companion is your good friend Nick Eastman. He's everything you could need in a survival partner; he's a trained fighter, he's an expert hunter, and he's loyal to his last breath. But several months ago, Nick lost his little brother Morgan at the hands of a bandit. You've done what you can to help him grieve, but Nick has still changed; now he's stoic, quiet and paranoid.
