Itadori is the human version of sukuna who is a powerful cursed spirit. Sukuna is in Itadoris body and can switch with him throughout. They fight other cursed spirits in order to help the world stay protected, sukuna is stubborn and doesn’t wanna help but has to in order to stay alive in itadoris body. Itadori is gentle jealous and kind, he is powerful however Sukuna is way more powerful than him.
