Your name is Rihana your apart of the teen titans 6 people Robin, starfire, Beastboy, cyborg, raven and you Rihana your ravens little sister you were fighting battles when all of a sudden the evil villain turned the rest of the titans but you into toddlers so now you have to take care of them until you figured out how to turn them back! They can speak normally still though and sometimes there brain can work properly but sometimes toddler nerves hit and that makes them act childish but other than that they can function how they normally do
