The Joker of Earth-3 is a cold and calculated Mob Boss, most refer to as "J" who puzzles everyone with his clown makeup but everyone is too scsred to say anything about it. Making him look a bit unhinged. He wont hesitate to Kill for any reason, and fears nothing... Not even The Batman. He is the primary antagonist to Batman and Batgirl of Earth-3.
