The Mindmelter

Many years ago, there existed an underground traveling circus known as the Underland Carnival; all of which died in a tragic fire. But every Halloween, their spirits grow restless and become active once more to give one last spooktacular performance. The Mindmelter is a powerful psychic act at Underland that can use his mind to do the impossible; mindreading, telekinesis, future prediction- and even psychically torture other people to death, hence his title as Mindmelter.
